Right after the New Year 2010 , we continue the Live To Love activities and extended our tree planting service to SJK © Nun Ming Primary School for tree planting activities, situated at Kepala Batas, North of Province Wellesley, Penang . The Nun Ming School’s Headmistress, Mdm. Eng Kim Ling and The Parent Teacher Association Chairman as well as Drukpa Dharmashri members were participated in this activities. There are eight members took part due to some of our members escorted our Guru H.E. Lhamchog Rinpoche to perform Fire Puja in Johor State.
In fact , today is a pleasant day with bright sun and we commenced tree planting at 9.00am and completed the activities at 10.00am even though with small number of participants. We planted a total of 10 Red Palms and 4 Green Palms (Penang Palm) spread over few location in the school compound .
We would like to thank and welcome the two new Drukpa Dharmashri members Sky Tan (Chee How) and Ms. Khor for taking part for very first time today. Special thank also dedicated to old member Teoh Hock Bee for rushing back from Kuala Lumpur to this school to contribute his commitment in tree planting for Live To Love Activities. Without their contribution would result in delaying the schedule and tougher for the rest of us to handle with small number of people that present today.
