Waterloo, London. The other saturday I came across a young man huddled up against a brick wall shivering with the cold in his sleep as he had only jeans t-shirt and jumper on. I was in a rush to get to work so not much time to do more as my bus was about to leave. I tried to wake him but no response; then I put my shawl over him. Instantly he awoke looked at my shawl and smiled so lovingly at me. At that point an older man arrived, his friend who was sharing his used cigarette butts with him. The boy nodded at me and then showed the old man his shawl. They both turned, the old man looked utterly surprised and the the boy continued to smile. Finally the old man smiled. I hope a pray I meet the boy again so I can give him one of my many unused jackets. With love to you all Jigme Pema Chutso (Mary Mike)
